An ACL Applied to the Outbound Direction Cannot Define the Port Number Range. Why?

When you define the port number range in an ACL and apply the ACL to the outbound
direction, the system displays a failure message.

You can define the port number range in an ACL and apply the ACL to the inbound direction.
A maximum of 32 port number ranges can be defined and applied to the inbound direction on
Huawei S5720-EI, Huawei S6720-EI, and Huawei S6720S-EI. On other fixed switches, port number ranges are not supported and ACLs are delivered.
